Before dialing these numbers for help, please check the following:

1. Your password IS CASE SENSITIVE.
2. Your security questions must be typed in exactly as you originally created them.
3. Please wait until the red timer is at 00 (upper left corner) before moving ahead. You will be moved back to the start of the segment if you try to move ahead too soon.
4. There is a 5 minute pause after each session to give you time to absorb the information. Do not try to advance.
5. DO NOT enter a credit card number more than one time.
6. You will automatically receive by email a copy of your completion certificate. This will occur about two hours after you have completed the final segment. It also gets sent to the DUI Coordinator.
